Lauren Adler, founder of Chocolopolis, went from investment banker, to supply chain whiz at Amazon, and then to the fascinating world of fine cacao. You’ll hear Lauren’s passion for sharing cacao’s story — first, as a revered drink and valued currency for the Mayans, to its migration across the equatorial regions of the world, to the varied flavor profiles of different cacao regions, to the farming and production techniques required to make fantastic chocolate!
