GoGirl Advantage
GoGirl Advantage™ is Springboard’s unique career acceleration program for women. The 12-week program focuses on personal brand — one defined by each woman that says who she is, what she stands for, and what she wants to be known for. Each student learns to distinguish her brand from her employer’s and how to use her brand to accelerate her career.
In a safe and supportive environment with 10-12 other women, students receive individual instruction from our expert faculty - corporate executives, university professors, community leaders, media professionals, image consultants, best-selling authors and others. They learn how to define their brand, polish it, and make it part of everything they do. They learn things not taught anywhere else from successful women who have been there before. Upon graduation, alumnae join an elite network of business executives, entrepreneurs, professionals and community leaders who are committed to helping each succeed.
GoGirl Advantage™ is for new graduates who are launching their career, for women in mid-career who are ready to move ahead, and for women in transition. The program provides each with the tools and confidence needed to succeed.
